Yes. Many participants attend Training Retreats for personal healing, professional development, or embodied learning without immediately pursuing full certification.
No. To support group safety, nervous system regulation, and the integrity of the retreat container, participants are required to stay on-site for the duration of the retreat.
No. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation.
No. The trainings are open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. What matters most is openness, self-responsibility, and willingness to engage in the process.
No. Many participants experience significant personal and professional growth through individual trainings and retreats, regardless of whether they pursue full certification.
Yes. Payment plans are available for the online training. Typically:
- 50% is due at registration
- The remaining 50% is due one week before Module 2 begins
We do not currently offer payment plans for Training Retreats.
BBTRS® may be a good fit if:

- or you are seeking both personal transformation and professional growth.
Each unit of training for the Advanced Pathway is priced individually, starting from around USD $1,850 (currency may vary by region), making it fully flexible for you to manage your finances while studying at a pace that suits you.
You are only committed to studying the unit for which you are currently enrolled. Most students aim to complete the full advanced certification in 18 to 24 months. If your budget means you require more time between units, that is absolutely possible.
Absolutely. Many participants come without previous somatic or therapeutic training. The process is designed to support participants step by step in a safe and grounded environment.
No. Accommodation is separate from tuition unless specifically stated otherwise on the retreat page.
Yes. BBTRS® places strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, consent, pacing, grounding, and emotional safety throughout the training process.
